Gary is a seasoned Physican Assistant with over 25 years of service in the military and U.S. Public Health Service. Orginally from Texas, his medical journey began at 17 when he joined the Navy’s Hospital Corps. His passion for medicine grew through deployments, including serving as an Ebola Fighter in Liberia and as the Director of NOAA Diving Medicine. Gary is passionate about providing care in underserved areas. He holds his medical training from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medical Science at the University of Lynchburg.
