Diabetic Education
MSHS offers Diabetes Education for patients. A referral from a provider is required to receive these services.
MSHS also offers a monthly Diabetic Support Group. This group discusses various topics including nutrition, supplements, and diabetes management. The support group is free of charge and open to the community.
