What We Do

Mackinac Straits Interventional Pain Management offers minimally invasive techniques to provide pain relief by treating your pain at its source. We work collaboratively with your referring provider and/or primary care provider to offer non-opioid alternative interventional pain treatment(s), while emphasizing lifestyle choices that have been proven to decrease daily pain. Following a thorough medical history and physical exam to obtain your pain generator, pinpointing the cause of pain so that we can treat the problem rather than mask it with opioids or narcotics. A customized care plan based on your health, needs, and preferred treatment options will be
developed. Common types of pain we treat include, but are not limited to:

  • Back & Neck Pain (including sciatica & work injuries)
  • Persistent Back or Neck Pain
  • Arthritis Pain in the Neck or Lower Back
